In 2012 Mandy who has a degree in Business Management took the leap into entrepreneurship and set up Wize Consulting with her daughter and Welsh Ice in Caerphilly.

Until 2012 Mandy’s career was within the corporate world working with not only privately owned business but also with large Venture Capitalists.  Mandy specialised within managing all back office functions from customer service, service management, HR to financial administration. In the latter years of her corporate career she was heavily involved in Acquisition integration of new companies to the main portfolio business.

In 2012 Mandy who has a degree in Business Management took the leap into entrepreneurship and set up Wize Consulting with her daughter and Welsh Ice in Caerphilly providing co working and fully rounded support to start up business. A successful partial MBO in 2017 saw the creation of Town Square Spaces, which now has three Coworking spaces pan UK.

Proudest moments include :-

gaining B Corp status that ensures that the wellbeing of , staff , customers , suppliers and the environment at the forefront of the business.

Hobbies & Interests

Three Grown up daughters and one grandson keep me busy, but I make lots of time for my mad little dog that requires plenty of lovely long walks in the welsh countryside and coast line.

Extremely passionate about my community village life and buying and supporting local businesses.
