Three Step Rewind for birth or postnatal trauma - a gentle and effective way of releasing feelings and behaviours that are troubling you following a difficult birth / postnatal journey. Coaching for mothers who are stretched too thin and close to burnout - helping them feel confident, powerful and calm.
