Chris Rosser

Managing Director

Chris Rosser is the Founder and Managing Director of Constructaskill Ltd, an independent construction skills and workforce development company helping individuals, employers and communities build stronger futures through high-quality training and qualifications.

With more than 30 years' experience across construction, training and commercial leadership, Chris has held senior management and director-level positions, including helping to develop one of Wales' leading construction training organisations before establishing Constructaskill Ltd.

Today, Chris works closely with employers, local authorities, schools, colleges and industry partners to create meaningful progression opportunities into construction. His vision is to develop clear pathways that inspire young people from school age through to employment, apprenticeships and professional qualifications, while supporting employers to develop and retain skilled workforces.

Constructaskill delivers nationally recognised qualifications, apprenticeships, work-based learning and commercial training across Wales and the UK, with a strong focus on quality, innovation and employer engagement.

Alongside running Constructaskill, Chris serves as Vice Chair of the South West Wales Regional Skills Partnership Construction Cluster and is a Director of Caerphilly Business Club CIC , where he is passionate about collaboration, supporting local businesses and strengthening the Welsh economy.
